Honeybee Tech Solutions is hiring an experienced Application Support Engineer L1 for a reputed client.

Job Description

Must-Have Skills:
Life Insurance Domain Experience Mandatory
Application Support L1
Solid knowledge of PL/SQL
Experience with PostgreSQL Database
Hands-on experience with Postman API testing and troubleshooting
Knowledge of ITIL processes and incident management
Python – Valuable to have (Not Mandatory)

Interview Process
1st Technical Round: Face-to-Face (F2F) Only
2nd Technical Round: Face-to-Face (F2F) Only

Key Responsibilities
Provide L1 application support and troubleshoot production issues.
Monitor applications, identify issues, and coordinate with relevant technical teams for resolution.




Write and execute SQL/PLSQL queries to investigate database-related issues.
Work with PostgreSQL databases for data validation and troubleshooting.
Use Postman to test APIs and troubleshoot API-related issues.
Follow ITIL processes for incident, problem, and service request management.
Maintain incident records and ensure timely resolution of support tickets.
Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues.

Key: Candidates must have prior experience in the Life Insurance domain. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
