We are hiring an experienced Lead Automation Tester Vice President (VP Level) for a leading global financial services organization in Pune.

Position: Lead Automation Tester VP
Location: Pune
Experience: 15+ Years (Preferred)

Key Skills & Responsibilities:
Solid hands-on experience in Test Automation using Java, Selenium, Cucumber, Playwright and REST Assured.
Expertise in designing and building Automation Frameworks and Automation Architecture from scratch.
Strong experience in API & Microservices Testing (REST/SOAP) and Spring Boot-based applications.
Hands-on experience with GitLab, Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience in developing Test Strategies, Test Plans and Cucumber Feature Files.
Robust exposure to E2E testing across multiple applications, systems and integrations.
Experience in Agile methodology,



Jira and defect management.
Exposure to AI-enabled testing and AI tools in software delivery.
Experience in ETL Testing / Ab Initio will be an added advantage.
Solid leadership, stakeholder management and team handling experience.

Preferred Domain: Banking / Financial Services / Payments.

Additional Advantage: IIT graduates or candidates holding registered patents may also be considered, subject to the overall role requirements.
