About the Prospect

We are conducting a recruitment drive in Guwahati, Assam, for enthusiastic candidates interested in building a career in the international customer service industry.

Selected candidates will work in a professional, multicultural and supportive workplace, assisting international customers through live chat and other digital communication channels.

Important: Relocation to Ahmedabad, Gujarat, is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through live chat and digital platforms.
Resolve customer concerns with accuracy and professionalism.
Manage multiple customer conversations while maintaining service quality.
Ensure a positive customer experience through effective written communication.

Eligibility Criteria




Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Diploma / Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Excellent written English communication skills (mandatory).
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Must be willing to relocate to Ahmedabad.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including weekends and night shifts.
