We are hiring a workshop fitter who can read a fabrication drawing and independently carry out marking and fit-up. Our work includes MS and SS storage tanks, chimneys, ducting and structural frames.
Work you will handle
Read fabrication drawings and mark plates, openings and structural members for cutting.
Fit rolled tank shells, align shell joints and check roundness.
Mark and fit nozzles and manholes to the elevation and orientation shown on the drawing.
Assemble frames and check dimensions, diagonals and alignment before handing over for welding.
Location — Units 220 & 221, SIDCO Women’s Industrial Estate, Thirumullaivoyal, Chennai
Monthly salary — ₹[minimum] to ₹[maximum]
