Visual Basic Technical Lead: 812+ years, with significant hands-on experience in Visual Basic-based enterprise applications and preferably 5+ years in the Insurance domain
Strong hands-on expertise in Visual Basic/VB6 and legacy Windows desktop applications.
Solid SQL Server, debugging, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills.
Good understanding of legacy technologies such as Windows Services and system integrations.
Strong experience in Insurance Policy Administration Systems, including New Business, Endorsements/Mid-Term Adjustments, Renewals, Cancellations, and Policy Servicing.
Experience in security vulnerability assessment and remediation of legacy applications.
Ability to quickly navigate complex, poorly documented legacy code and deliver pragmatic solutions.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
