Ensure compliance with marine -grade concrete requirements
monitor - concrete mix design curing methods dimensional tolerances and finish
Track production quantities vs planned targets
Monitor material consumption (cement, aggregates, steel, admixtures)
Optimize mould utilization and reduce wastage/rework
Review subcontractor/vendor bills related to precast works




Support cost control and CVR for precast packages
