Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile or relevant technical qualification
Job Responsibilities
Operate CNC machines such as CNC Turning and CNC Milling machines.
Perform machine setup, tool changing and workpiece loading/unloading.
Read and understand basic engineering drawings.
Monitor machine operations and ensure smooth production.
Check component dimensions using Vernier Calipers and Micrometers.
Maintain product quality and follow production standards.
Identify basic machine issues and report technical problems.
Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain cleanliness.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of CNC machine operations.
Hands-on experience with CNC Turning or Milling.
Knowledge of CNC controllers such as Fanuc or Siemens is preferred.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Familiarity with measuring instruments.
Basic knowledge of machine tools and manufacturing processes.
