What you will need to be successful
Experience in maintenance administration, customer service, service coordination, facilities, maintenance or a similar operational environment.
Ability to review information, follow defined rules and make consistent decisions.
Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence using computer systems, shared mailboxes and standard reporting tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
A practical, customer-focused approach to problem solving and escalation.

Mandatory Requirements

Candidates must have:
B.Tech / Engineering degree (Diploma candidates are not being considered)
7 to 10 years of relevant Facilities Maintenance experience
Robust exposure to:
MEP Services
HVAC
Electrical Systems
Plumbing
Fire Fighting Systems




Asset Management / Facilities Maintenance Operations
Experience working with:
CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
Maintenance Management Applications
SAP exposure is acceptable but not mandatory

Communication Requirements
Positive communication skills are mandatory.
The role involves interaction with stakeholders from Australia and New Zealand, so candidates should be able to communicate professionally and confidently.

CMMS vs SAP
The primary requirement is experience with CMMS applications.
Different organizations may use different maintenance management systems.
The focus is on maintenance/asset management applications rather than a specific SAP module.
