Hiring for O2C / Accounts Receivable / B2B Collections – International Voice Process

Experience & Salary:

2+ Years – 5 to 6.5 LPA

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only

Qualification: B.Com / BBA / BBM (Mandatory)

Key Requirements:

2+ years of relevant experience in B2B Collections, Accounts Receivable, Customer Service, Finance Helpdesk or O2C operations.

Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English, including business voice communication and written correspondence.

Solid knowledge of payment follow-ups, customer account research, dispute management, invoice queries and escalations.





Experience with SAP or customer service / case management platforms is preferred.

Familiarity with Sonar, GMACC, Webex or customer portals will be an added advantage.

Excellent customer orientation, communication, cultural awareness, analytical thinking and documentation skills.

Robust time management and stakeholder coordination abilities.
