We are looking for experienced finance specialists with strong accounting expertise and hands-on experience in Oracle & Oracle Fusion.

Experience: 6–10 Years

Qualification: CA / CIMA / MBA (Finance)

Work Mode: Hybrid

Required Skills & Experience

6–10 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting.

Solid accounting and financial controlling background.

Experience as a Financial Controller / Legal Entity Controller.

Hands-on experience in ERP implementation projects.

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle & Oracle Fusion (Mandatory).

Positive understanding of IFRS.

CA / CIMA / MBA (Finance).

Additional Tools (At least one required)

BlackLine Reconciliation (Preferred)

Pyramid

FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Service)

Key Responsibilities




Manage financial control activities and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Handle legal entity controlling, accounting operations, and financial governance.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, particularly IFRS.
Participate in and support ERP implementation projects.
Work extensively with Oracle and Oracle Fusion for financial processes.
Support financial consolidation, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls.
