Role & responsibilities
8+ years of experience in Production Support, Application Support, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) environments.
Solid hands-on experience in Python scripting for automation, monitoring, log analysis, and incident resolution.
Proficiency in Linux/Unix administration, shell scripting, and troubleshooting production systems.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms and cloud-native services.
Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics.
Expertise in Incident Management, Problem Management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Change Management, and SLA adherence.
Experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Git, GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps,



and automated deployment pipelines.
Solid understanding of containers and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Ability to analyze system performance, troubleshoot application/database issues, and implement reliability improvements.
Willingness to provide 24x7 production support, participate in on-call rotations, and ensure high availability and operational excellence.
Preferred Skills: Python, SRE Practices, Linux, AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, SQL, DevOps Tools, Automation, Monitoring & Alerting.
