Designation: Medical Officer
Qualification: MBBS with valid registration. AFIH (Associate Fellowship in Industrial Health) certification is mandatory.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in occupational health, preferably in manufacturing / cement industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Occupational Health Centre (OHC) and provide medical assistance to employees and contract workers.
Conduct pre-employment, periodic and fitness medical examinations.
Ensure compliance with the Factories Act and applicable occupational health regulations.
Monitor workplace health, occupational diseases and employee medical records.
Handle medical emergencies, first aid and health-related incidents.
Conduct health awareness programmes and coordinate with hospitals and medical service providers.
