We are looking for an experienced and responsible Transport In-Charge to manage our school transport operations efficiently and ensure the highest standards of student safety.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily school bus operations, routes and student pickup/drop schedules.
Manage drivers, helpers, attendance and duty allocation.
Ensure vehicle safety inspections, maintenance and cleanliness.
Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, GPS and CCTV.
Maintain vehicle documents, permits, insurance and statutory compliance.
Coordinate parent feedback, transport complaints and special transport requirements.
Submit daily and monthly reports to the Administrative Officer.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience,



preferably in school transport, fleet management or logistics.
Positive knowledge of vehicle maintenance, transport safety and RTO regulations.
Robust staff management, communication and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Ability to communicate in Tamil and English.
Responsible, disciplined and safety-conscious.
