Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager specializing in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end hiring activities and manage the recruitment team. The candidate should have robust sourcing, stakeholder management, team leadership and recruitment strategy experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for various departments and positions.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Manage and guide the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
Handle bulk hiring as well as mid-level and senior-level recruitment.
Manage job postings on Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment portals.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and talent database.
Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Monitor recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire and offer-to-joining ratio.




Handle salary negotiations, offer management and candidate follow-ups.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Prepare recruitment MIS, hiring reports and dashboards.
Maintain strong relationships with candidates, consultants and business stakeholders.

Required Skills:
Solid experience in and Recruitment.
Expertise in Naukri, LinkedIn and Boolean Search.
Excellent team management and leadership skills.
Solid stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and meet tight deadlines.

Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.

Experience: As per company requirements.
