About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month contractual assignment. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and are interested in building a career in Human Resources and Recruitment.

'Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate assessments.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience during the recruitment cycle.
Assist in offer rollout and onboarding coordination.
Support recruitment drives, walk-ins,



and campus hiring initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc., MBA HR preferred).
Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience in recruitment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet hiring timelines.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and robust ownership mindset.
Available to join immediately.
