Plan, manage and execute civil construction activities for hotel projects.
Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets and quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and vendors.
Supervise site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
Manage manpower, materials and construction resources efficiently.
Identify project-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction regulations.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly project progress reports.
Ensure timely completion of projects within approved budgets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
5–6 years of relevant experience in civil construction.
Mandatory experience in hotel / hospitality projects.
Robust knowledge of construction planning, execution and site management.
Positive coordination, leadership and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple project activities independently.
