Engineering Leadership
Define and execute the Electronics Hardware engineering roadmap aligned with

Lead complete product development from concept through production.
Drive architecture decisions for Automotive ECUs, TCUs, Instrument Clusters,

Body Controllers, Gateway ECUs, EV Electronics and Smart Cockpit platforms.
Establish engineering best practices, design guidelines, review mechanisms and

technical governance.

Project & Delivery Management
Lead multiple customer programs simultaneously.
Ensure delivery on Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD) targets.
Manage resource planning and competency development.
Drive risk management and mitigation throughout the product lifecycle.
