Role & responsibilities
Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction site activities.
Coordinate with workers, contractors, and site engineers.
Read and understand civil engineering drawings.
Monitor construction progress as per project schedules.
Ensure quality of work as per project specifications.
Monitor material usage and maintain site records.
Prepare daily site progress reports.
Ensure compliance with construction safety procedures.
Coordinate manpower and material requirements.
Report site issues and progress updates to the reporting manager.
Preferred candidate profile
Basic knowledge of civil construction and site activities.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and engineering drawings is an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of construction materials and measurements.
MS Excel and MS Office knowledge.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to work at project sites across India.
