Role & responsibilities :
Configure and support US Payroll modules, including payroll elements, earnings, deductions, balances, and payment methods.
Work on US federal, state, and local payroll tax configurations.
Configure and maintain Fast Formulas for payroll calculations and validations.
Handle end-to-end implementation, enhancements, and support activities.
Perform payroll testing, including SIT, UAT, and parallel payroll runs.
Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide functional solutions.
Prepare functional documents, configuration workbooks, and test scripts.
Work with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and reporting.
Coordinate with clients and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Preferred candidate profile :
Minimum 4+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
Solid hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion US Payroll.
Experience in payroll configuration, Quick Formulas, and payroll processing.
Knowledge of US payroll taxation and statutory requirements.
Experience in implementation and support projects.
Knowledge of Core HR, OTBI, BI Publisher, and HDL is preferred.
Valuable communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
