Key Roles & Responsibilities
Provide quality nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols and standards.
Monitor and record patients' vital signs, including BP, pulse, temperature and SpO2.
Administer medications, injections and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
Assist doctors during OPD consultations, procedures and medical examinations.
Maintain proper patient records, nursing notes and treatment documentation.
Ensure timely patient admission, discharge and transfer procedures.
Monitor patients' conditions and immediately report any abnormalities to the concerned doctor.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and infection control practices in patient care areas.
Handle medical equipment and ensure proper maintenance and availability.
Provide assistance and emotional support to patients and their relatives.
Follow medication safety protocols and prevent medication errors.
Coordinate with doctors, RMO, front office and other hospital departments.




Ensure proper handover of patient information during shift changes.
Follow hospital policies, nursing protocols and emergency procedures.

Educational Qualifications
GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) or B.Sc. Nursing.
Valid Nursing Council Registration is mandatory.
ANM candidates may be considered depending on experience and hospital requirements.
Experience
Prior experience in a multispeciality hospital will be preferred.
Experience in ICU, IPD, OPD or emergency care will be an added advantage.
