Role & responsibilities
Participate in customer discovery sessions to understand business requirements.
Assist in solution consulting, product demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
Gather and document business requirements and process workflows.
Support SaaS implementation activities including configuration, testing, UAT, training, and go-live.
Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, Customer Success, and Solutions teams.
Support customer onboarding, adoption, and issue resolution.
Prepare project documentation, status reports, and implementation deliverables.
Contribute to process improvements and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Positive presentation and documentation skills.
Robust customer and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to learn HR Technology and Enterprise SaaS solutions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
01 year of experience.
Fresh graduates with internship experience in HR Tech, SaaS, Business Analysis, Consulting, or Customer Success are preferred
