Role & responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and support applications on IBM AS/400 (iSeries) platform.
Work on RPGLE, CLLE, SQLRPGLE, COBOL/400, and DB2/400 programming.
Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions.

Perform code enhancements, debugging, testing, and production support.
Create and maintain technical documentation for applications and processes.
Work on batch job scheduling, job monitoring, and performance tuning.
Troubleshoot system/application issues and provide timely resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for application integration and deployment.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Support migration, modernization, and system upgrade activities when required.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience with API integration and web services on AS400.
Exposure to modernization projects and IBM upgrades
Knowledge of Aldon, Turnover, or other change management tools.
Experience in manufacturing, logistics, finance, or retail domain is an added advantage.
