We are looking for an experienced Senior Branch Manager to manage daily hostel operations, lead teams, and ensure excellent guest experiences at our Goa property.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage Front Desk and Housekeeping teams.
Supervise daily property operations.
Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve complaints.
Monitor room occupancy, bookings and revenue.
Manage staff scheduling and performance.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness and service standards.
Handle operational issues and reporting.
Ensure company policies and SOPs are followed.
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in hospitality.
Experience handling Front Desk and Housekeeping operations.
Solid team management and communication skills.
Ability to manage overall property operations.
Willingness to work in Goa.
