Role & responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with the company's objectives and cost-saving targets.
Lead negotiations with suppliers to obtain favorable terms, pricing, and contractual agreements while ensuring high-quality standards and on-time delivery.
Design and implement streamlined procurement processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Collaborate with the legal department to review, negotiate, and finalize contracts, incorporating favorable terms and conditions, warranties, and service level agreements.
Implement cost control measures to optimize procurement spend without compromising quality or project timelines.
Set performance goals and objectives for the team, conducting

regular performance evaluations and providing feedback and recognition.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's/ Masters degree in civil engineering,

15 years of relevant experience.
