We're Hiring | Garment Technician / Quality Assurance (QA)

Lab4Brands is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Garment Technician / QA Qualified to join our team.

We are looking for someone with a good understanding of garment construction, measurements, fitting standards and quality inspections, who can ensure that products meet the required specifications and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain detailed garment measurement sheets and size specifications.
Check garment fit, measurements and sizing consistency across different sizes.
Conduct garment inspections to identify stitching, finishing, construction and workmanship defects.
Ensure products meet approved samples and quality standards.
Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors to resolve quality and fit-related issues.
Provide technical feedback and recommendations for corrections and improvements.
Conduct pre-production,



in-line and final quality inspections.

Skills & Experience Required:
Hands-on experience in garment measurement and technical documentation.
Positive understanding of garment fitting, sizing and construction.
Experience in quality control and garment inspections.
Knowledge of fabric, stitching, finishing and common garment defects.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with vendors and production teams.

Location: Gurugram

Experience: Relevant experience in garment merchandising, technical or QA roles preferred.
