Roles & Responsibilities
Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, indeed, and other job portals.
Search and identify suitable profiles based on job requirements.
Use Boolean search techniques to find relevant candidates.
Contact candidates and check their interest in job prospects.
Collect resumes and basic candidate details.
Maintain and update candidate databases.
Coordinate with the recruitment team and share shortlisted profiles.
Follow up with candidates throughout the sourcing process.

Requirements
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is preferred.
Basic understanding of Boolean search is an advantage.
Positive internet connection and a laptop or desktop.
Self-motivated and willing to learn.

Pay: ₹4,500.00 per month
