Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
Generate new corporate, commercial and residential clients.
Identify business opportunities for AC Services, AMC, CCTV, Housekeeping and Pest Control.
Manage and guide the Sales Executive team.
Handle client meetings, negotiations and business proposals.
Prepare and follow up on quotations and tenders.
Develop long-term relationships with existing clients.
Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales performance.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with the Operations Team for smooth service execution.
Maintain sales reports, CRM records and client databases.
Explore current business prospects and partnerships.
Job Types: Full time, Fresher
Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
