Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer with 9–10 years of professional experience in residential, commercial, and office interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Planning
Develop innovative interior design concepts based on client requirements and project objectives.
Prepare space planning layouts, mood boards, presentations, and design concepts.
Create detailed working drawings, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, electrical layouts, and joinery details.
Review and verify BOQs, drawings, and project specifications
Should have worked on Institutional Projects.

Client Coordination
Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and preferences.
Present design concepts, material selections, and project proposals.
Manage client expectations and incorporate feedback into design solutions.
Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Management
Lead multiple projects simultaneously from design development to project completion.
Prepare project timelines and monitor design deliverables.




Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets and timelines.

Site Coordination & Supervision
Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and quality.
Review site execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
Resolve site-related design and technical issues.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of work.

Procurement & Vendor Management
Assist in vendor selection and material procurement.
Review quotations and compare specifications and costs.
Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials and furnishings.

Team Leadership
Guide and mentor junior designers and drafting teams.
Review drawings and design documentation prepared by team members.
Ensure adherence to company design standards and quality benchmarks.

Technical Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Photoshop.
Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and interior detailing.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
