Livspace is looking for an experienced E-commerce Operations skilled to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO and the company website.
Handle OMS/WMS, order processing and fulfilment.
Oversee warehouse operations, inventory planning and stock reconciliation.
Manage cancellations, returns, RTOs, refunds and fulfilment SLAs.
Coordinate with logistics partners, warehouse teams and internal stakeholders.
Monitor marketplace performance, operational KPIs and MIS reporting.
Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For:
5–7 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce / Marketplace Operations.
Solid knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and AJIO.
Experience with OMS, WMS, inventory management and warehousing.
Understanding of FBA, Easy Ship and Seller Flex.
Solid analytical, Excel and problem-solving skills.
