Hiring: Rider Shift In-charge / Delivery Operations Executive

Job Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate delivery riders during assigned shifts.
Monitor live orders and ensure timely deliveries.
Track rider attendance, availability, and performance.
Handle rider issues, grievances, and operational escalations.
Coordinate with the supply team to ensure sufficient rider availability.
Monitor delivery SLA, order delays, and daily operational reports.
Support rider onboarding, retention, and smooth shift handovers.

Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in last-mile rider operations is mandatory.
Candidates from quick-commerce and e-commerce industries are preferred.
Experience in rider management, delivery operations, and SLA monitoring.
Positive coordination and problem-solving skills.

Salary: Up to ₹3.5–4 LPA, based on relevant experience.

Working Days: 6 days a week
Week Off: Rotational
Shift Timings:
7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
1:00 PM – 11:00 PM
