Telecalling -Executive - Telugu

Job Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate business leads.
Communicate with customers in Telugu and understand their business requirements.
Identify customer requirements and generate sales prospects.
Coordinate with the sales team for quotations and order processing.
Maintain customer details, call records and follow-up status.
Achieve daily calling targets and lead-generation targets.
Update daily productivity reports in CRM.
Convert potential enquiries into business opportunities.

Required Skills :
Fluent in speaking Telugu.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
Good customer-handling and follow-up abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
