We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Project Architect with strong proficiency in AutoCAD and experience in preparing high-quality architectural working drawings and construction documentation. The ideal candidate should have a sound understanding of architectural detailing,

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum1 year of relevant experience in architectural design and documentation.
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from a reputed institution is mandatory. A Master's Degree will be an added advantage.
Excellent command of AutoCAD, with the ability to independently prepare accurate and detailed architectural drawings.
Solid experience in preparing working drawings, construction drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and architectural details.
Good understanding of construction materials, building systems, architectural detailing, and construction practices.
Solid attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of drawing quality and accuracy.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.




Experience in luxury residential and hospitality projects will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare high-quality architectural working drawings and detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD.
Develop architectural plans, elevations, sections, wall sections, joinery details, and other technical drawings as per project requirements.
Ensure all drawings are accurate, well-coordinated, and aligned with the overall design intent.
Coordinate with senior architects, interior designers, structural consultants, MEP consultants, vendors, and site teams.
Review and incorporate inputs from consultants and site teams into architectural drawings.
Assist in resolving technical and detailing-related issues during project execution.
Conduct site visits, wherever required, to understand site conditions and ensure drawings are implemented correctly.
Maintain proper documentation, drawing revisions, and updated sets of construction drawings throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred Experience: Candidates with exposure to high-end residential, luxury residential, villas, bungalows, and hospitality projects will be given preference.
