We're hiring Beauty Trainers in Gurugram

Wingit Club brings luxury beauty into customers homes. Our makeup advisors are the heart of that experience, and we need trainers who can make every one of them brilliant.

We're backed by Peak XV Partners and Nexus Venture Partners, with angels including Kunal Shah and Tanmay Bhat.

What you'll do:
Train new makeup advisors on product knowledge, shade matching and application technique
Run refreshers on recent launches across makeup, skincare and fragrance
Shadow home visits and give advisors hands-on feedback
Uphold our standards on grooming, hygiene and customer care

Who we're looking for:
3+ years at a premium or luxury beauty brand, with some experience training or mentoring counter teams
Solid makeup skills, plus working knowledge of skincare and fragrance
Positive English and Hindi
Patient, warm and confident in front of a group
