Assist in recruitment and hiring.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with candidates over calls and messages.
Manage joining formalities and employee records.
Maintain attendance and recruitment trackers.
Help organise employee engagement activities.
Support daily HR operations.
