Prepare sales invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills.
Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and billing.
Manage dispatch schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Coordinate with transporters, logistics partners, and warehouse teams.
Verify product quantities, pricing, and customer details before billing.
Maintain accurate dispatch records, invoice copies, and transportation documents.
Track shipments and provide delivery status updates to customers and internal teams.
Resolve billing discrepancies, dispatch issues, and documentation errors.
Ensure smooth coordination between sales, accounts, stores, and logistics departments.
Update and maintain billing and dispatch transactions in ERP/software.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
