About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist experienced in identifying business opportunities for digital marketing services. The candidate will research potential clients, identify decision-makers and generate relevant prospects through outbound research and outreach.

Key Responsibilities
Identify businesses that may require SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and social media services.
Research companies that may need website design and development.
Find business owners, founders and marketing decision-makers.
Build targeted prospect lists using Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Collect and verify company and decision-maker contact information.
Conduct personalised cold email and LinkedIn outreach.
Segment leads according to industry, location and potential requirements.
Maintain prospect databases and outreach reports.




Track interested prospects and coordinate with the SDR team.
Improve lead quality by testing different prospecting sources.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of B2B Lead Generation experience for digital marketing services.
Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media and web development.
Hands-on experience with prospecting and email verification tools.
Ability to identify suitable businesses for digital marketing services.
Experience with personalised email and LinkedIn outreach.
Positive research and data management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
