Job Description – Engineer - Quality Control (QC)

Key Responsibilities
Perform in-house and outsourcing inspection activities and maintain inspection records.
Carry out structural fabrication inspections to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
Perform fit-up, final, visual, and weld visual inspections.
Coordinate and support NDT inspection activities.
Verify fabricated components against approved drawings, quality standards, and customer requirements.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality documentation.
Coordinate with production, outsourcing vendors, and other departments to resolve quality issues.




Support quality improvement initiatives to improve product quality and delivery performance.

Requirements
Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Control within the fabrication industry.
Knowledge of fit-up, final, visual, weld visual, and NDT inspection.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and PDF documentation.
Basic communication skills and willingness to coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
Ability to maintain inspection records and prepare quality reports.
Must know two-wheeler driving.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
