We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Executive to handle guest inquiries, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain positive relationships with hotel customers.
Key Responsibilities
Handle guest inquiries, calls, and complaints.
Assist guests and provide necessary information.
Follow up with guests and collect feedback.
Coordinate with hotel departments to resolve guest issues.
Maintain guest records and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
