We're Hiring: Guest Relations Executive (GRE), goSTOPS Goa

Goa is one of India's most popular travel destinations, welcoming travellers from across the world. At goSTOPS, we believe every guest deserves a memorable stay. We're looking for a friendly, energetic and service-oriented person to be the face of our property.

What you'll own:
Managing front desk operations, check-ins and check-outs.
Welcoming guests and ensuring a smooth guest experience.
Handling guest queries, complaints and requests.
Managing bookings, reservations and guest records.
Coordinating with housekeeping and other teams.
Handling cash, billing and daily reports.
Maintaining guest satisfaction and encouraging positive online reviews.
Creating a friendly and welcoming hostel atmosphere.

You're a fit if you:
Have 1–2 years of experience in hotels,



hostels or hospitality (freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Are passionate about guest service and hospitality.
Are comfortable handling guest queries and resolving issues.
Have basic computer knowledge and front desk experience.
Are adaptable with rotational shifts and weekends.
Are willing to work and live in Goa.
