Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience in SAP FSM technical development/configuration.
Solid experience integrating SAP FSM with SAP CRM.
Good technical understanding of SAP CRM Service processes, including service orders, business partners, installed base/equipment, activities, and confirmations.
Experience with SAP FSM APIs and integration frameworks/middleware.
Hands-on knowledge of Business Rules, Smartforms, and Scheduling/Dispatching.
Solid integration troubleshooting and root-cause-analysis skills.
Experience supporting production environments and critical integration issues.

Preferred
End-to-end SAP FSM implementation or rollout experience.
Technical knowledge of ABAP and SAP CRM development/enhancements is an advantage.
Experience with SAP Integration Suite / CPI is preferred where used in the integration architecture.

Experience: 5+ years of SAP experience, with strong hands-on SAP FSM and SAP CRM integration experience.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Gurugram, Haryana
