Job Description

We are looking for a Locomotive Maintenance Programs Specialist with 2–4 years of relevant experience in locomotive maintenance, fleet maintenance, technical support, or reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities
Support locomotive maintenance programs and technical activities.
Understand locomotive mechanical and electrical systems.
Handle troubleshooting and component replacement practices.




Support scheduled and preventive maintenance activities.
Maintain technical documentation and maintenance records.
Assist with fleet maintenance, reliability, and maintenance planning.
Prepare reports using MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
Coordinate with different teams and work independently in a rapid-paced setting.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 2+ years of on-field locomotive maintenance, fleet maintenance, technical support, or reliability experience is mandatory.
Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
Positive organizational and coordination skills.
Experience with maintenance management systems or maintenance planning tools.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
