About the Prospect

We have three separate hiring requirements. Candidates with expertise in any ONE of the following specialisations are welcome to apply.
Soft Skills & Communication Trainer
Communication, public speaking and presentation skills.
Interpersonal effectiveness and confidence building.
Professional etiquette, active listening and executive presence.
Social & Emotional Learning / Emotional Intelligence Trainer
Emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
Emotional regulation, empathy and resilience.
Conflict management and behavioural development.
Corporate Trainer
Corporate communication and workplace effectiveness.
Team building, collaboration and conflict resolution.




Leadership and people management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops and learning activities.
Facilitate interactive discussions and practical exercises.
Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
Adapt training methods according to audience requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve training programmes.

Requirements
2–5 years of relevant experience in training, facilitation, coaching or Learning & Development.
Expertise in at least ONE of the three specialisations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal and facilitation abilities.
Understanding of adult learning methodologies.
Qualifications in Psychology, Education, HR, Management, Communication or related fields will be an advantage.
