We’re hiring an experienced Accounts Payable Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad.

Position: Accounts Payable Executive
Location: Ambli Road, Ahmedabad
Experience: 1–3 Years
Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:30 AM IST
Work Mode: Work From Office
Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end US Accounts Payable operations.
Process vendor invoices and perform 3-way matching.
Manage ACH, wire transfers, electronic payments & checks.
Perform vendor reconciliations and monitor AP ageing.
Handle W-9/W-8 documentation and payment discrepancies.




Support month-end closing and audit activities.
Coordinate with US-based vendors and internal teams.

What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
Hands-on experience in US Accounts Payable is preferred.
Knowledge of US accounting practices and tax documentation.
Familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce or similar ERP systems.
Positive communication and MS Excel skills.
