Maintain accurate stock records of raw materials, fabrication materials, tools, consumables, and spare parts.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely material availability for production.
Receive materials and verify quantities against purchase orders and delivery challans.
Coordinate with the Quality Control team for material inspection and report discrepancies.
Issue materials to departments against authorized requests and maintain proper records.
Conduct physical stock verification and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Ensure proper material storage, handling, housekeeping, and compliance with 5S practices.
Maintain GRNs, stock registers, material issue records, and update inventory in ERP or MS Excel.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Dispatch departments.
Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, team supervision, and timely material procurement follow-ups.
