Robust experience in end-to-end exit management.
Experience in mobility processes, including internal travel, transfers and visa management.
Hands-on experience in HRMS administration and employee data management.
Exposure to HR transformation, process improvement, or automation initiatives.
Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
Solid attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation, reporting, and analysis.
