Job Title: Sales Executive – International Voice Process

INXTANTHELP is looking for a confident and customer-oriented Sales Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls for customers in the USA and Canada. The ideal candidate should have valuable English communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to identify sales opportunities and convert potential customers.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to potential customers and introduce the company's services.
Answer inbound calls professionally and assist customers with their queries.
Explain the company's services, including technical support and social media management.
Identify customer needs, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers.
Handle customer objections and follow up with interested prospects.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups.




Meet daily calling targets and monthly sales goals.
Maintain professional communication with customers in the USA and Canada.

Requirements
Good spoken English and communication skills.
Confidence in handling inbound and outbound calls.
Basic computer knowledge, including email, Excel/Google Sheets, and online calling software.
Good listening, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work evening/night shifts aligned with USA and Canada business hours.
Freshers with strong communication skills may apply; prior sales, telecalling, or international BPO experience is an advantage.

Salary and Advantages
Monthly salary of ₹15,000–₹20,000, based on skills and experience.
