GROUP SALES HEAD

Steel Construction | PEB | Paver Blocks

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Group Sales Head to lead our sales operations and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall sales for Steel Construction and Paver Block businesses.
Generate new business leads and corporate clients.
Develop relationships with builders, architects, contractors and developers.
Generate PEB shed, industrial building and steel fabrication projects.
Develop dealer and distributor networks for paver blocks.
Lead and manage the sales team.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Handle client meetings, negotiations and project closures.

Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 25–30years of sales experience preferred.
Experience in Steel, PEB,



Construction or Building Materials.
Robust communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in team management and business development.
Willingness to travel for business development.

Job Location: Guwahati, Assam

Salary: Attractive Salary + Incentives (Negotiable)
