Operational Support: Assist daily departmental tasks, including data collection, routine reporting, system monitoring, or shop-floor/site operations.
Project Execution: Support small-scale or team-based process improvement, quality enhancement, or productivity projects under the guidance of a designated mentor.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records, logs, technical documentation, and adhere strictly to company safety, quality, and compliance standards (e.g., 5S, ISO, or industry protocols).
Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve routine operational challenges and communicate project updates effectively.
