Key Responsibilities:
Achieve revenue targets by promoting and enrolling students in the institute’s courses through personal counselling, phone calls, emails, and other communication channels, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Follow up with parents and ensure timely collection of pending course fees.
Manage student-related administrative activities and ensure a smooth experience throughout their journey with the institute.
Build robust relationships with students and parents, address their queries and concerns, and provide prompt solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
Follow the institute’s internal policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
