Kannada language proficiency is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with leads
Generate walk-ins through effective lead conversion
Convert walk-ins into enrollments
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
Maintain robust follow-ups and conversion rates
Take ownership of center sales performance
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Target-oriented and result-driven
Robust follow-up and lead-conversion skills
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
Kannada language proficiency is mandatory.
